2. Definitions

• "Service": Refers to the website, API, widgets, and related technical support provided by Pmuuo.
• "User Content": Any original material you upload or submit to the Service.
• "AI Generated Content": Images, videos, or text produced by calling third-party AI models via our platform.

3. Account, Access, and Security

• You must provide true, accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify support@nanobanana2pro.me immediately if you discover unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or limit access for any account that violates these terms to maintain service security.

4. Fair Use Guidelines

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all laws and not to:

1. Violate local laws or infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
2. Exploit API/web vulnerabilities for crawling, malicious attacks, or attempts to decompile the Service.
3. Mislead others: In scenarios where disclosure is legally required, do not misrepresent AI Generated Content as 100% human-created.
4. Create, publish, or disseminate any deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

• Accuracy: AI Generated Content may contain errors, incomplete information, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing content before using it professionally.
• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated results complies with additional policies from the third-party model manufacturers (e.g., OpenAI Usage Policies).

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: The software, logos, UI design, and technical architecture of Pmuuo belong to Pmuuo or its licensors.
• Your Rights: Within the scope of applicable law, you typically retain corresponding rights to your User Content and its generated results. However, these rights may be limited by the terms of the original model manufacturers.

7. Third-Party Integrations

To provide the Service, we integrate third-party AI models, analytical tools, and payment processors. Your data processing may be subject to the terms of these third parties (e.g., Stripe, Cloudflare, OpenAI, etc.).

8. Payment, Billing, and Refunds

• Fees: We reserve the right to adjust plan prices based on market conditions.
• Authorization: You authorize us to charge associated recharge or subscription fees via your chosen payment method.
• Refunds: Refunds must comply with our Refund Policy and be submitted via the Refund Application Form.

9. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

"AS IS" Basis: Pmuuo services are provided without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pmuuo and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or loss of profits.

10. Term Changes and Jurisdiction

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Amicable negotiation is the preferred method for dispute resolution.
