Credits are virtual currency used to pay for AI services, such as image generation, AI models, and other premium features. You can purchase credits at any time, or earn them through reward programs and special offers. Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.

Credits are divided into three main types: 1. Subscription Credits: Provided with your AI subscription, granted once per billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. 2. Reward Credits: Earned through sign-up rewards and other methods, valid for 30 days. 3. Credit Packs: Purchased through credit packs, never expire.

Pricing varies depending on the subscription plan or credit pack. Larger credit packs offer better value. Subscription plans provide stable monthly credits, suitable for frequent users.

Credit consumption is determined by the tools and models you use, image resolution, number of generations, and other factors. Different AI models consume different amounts of credits.

The system prioritizes using credits with shorter validity periods. The deduction order is: Subscription Credits → Reward Credits → Credit Packs.

To view your current credit balance and usage history, go to 'Billing' -> Usage History page.

After your subscription expires, you can still use credit packs and reward credits, which have no expiration. However, subscription credits work differently: subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle, and all unused subscription credits will expire and cannot be used further.

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time and immediately enjoy more credits. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Credits can be used for all AI image generation features, including Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4.5, GPT Image 1.5 models, as well as photo restoration, watermark removal, AI ID photo tools, and more.

We support Stripe payments, including credit cards and other payment methods. All transactions are securely encrypted to ensure your payment security.
